La Sala Rusiñol potser no ha arribat a tant, però sí que clou la temporada amb una proposta original: “80 dibuixos” d’en Ramón Aguilar Moré. Sí, dibuixos. Però no són qualsevol mena de dibuixos: són d’Aguilar Moré, i tenen la seva història, perquè en Ramon va començar la seva carrera artística pintant ballarines que actuaven al Liceu de Barcelona… I fins avui!
Evidentment, no calia fer cap presentació de l’Aguilar Moré. Però, en fi, el director de la Sala Rusiñol —l’Ignasi Cabanas— alguna cosa havia de dir per a encetar el vernissatge: «Jo crec que avui és el “Dia de Reis”. Ell és dels més importants de Catalunya i és un gran de la nostra casa. Aquesta és una exposició especial, dedicada al dibuix. Dibuixos que va fer als bars, als seus 18 anys… i abans!».
Josep Mª Cadena: «El dibuix és fonamental dins de l’art de Ramon Aguilar Moré. L’ha practicat des dels seus juvenils inicis; des de la infantesa: quan encara era un nen, ingressà al taller de l’escenògraf Oleguer Junyent, amic del seu pare, i realitzà les seves primeres activitats (…). Donades les seves facultats per a la figura i el color, ell triomfà ben aviat com a pintor. En aquesta Sala Rusiñol ha estat representat en moltes ocasions i ara hi torna amb l’aspecte més íntim de la seva personalitat; és a dir, amb el dibuix de l’entorn, a la vegada tan variat i tan essencial».
Aguilar Moré: «Aquests dibuixos els tenia arraconats a casa. L’Ignasi va tenir la idea de fer-ne una exposició. Estan inspirats en nines, soldadets, cotxes petits, objectes que vaig anar recopilant. M’agradaven especialment els soldats de plom. Tinc una col·lecció de nines antigues, de porcellana. Recordo que em vaig enamorar d’una nina molt maca. Valia 25.000 pessetes! La meva dona em va dir: —Compra-la, que ja l’amortitzaràs. La vaig pintar, i, sí, ho vaig recuperar…».
Fem memòria d’altres de les històries d’en Ramon: «El meu batxillerat resultà més costós que la carrera de medicina del meu germà. En els darrers anys feia “campana” i me n’anava a dibuixar músics de jazz al Novetats. Després vingué allò del ballet; vaig conèixer l’empresari que dirigia el Liceu i em deixava pujar a l’estrada: quedava ben situat. Vaig fer tants dibuixos que vaig arribar a odiar les ballarines. Cada dia feia 20 o 25 fulls de ballarines. Això durà uns 10 anys. D’aquí en sortí la meva primera exposició a la Sala Rovira: un èxit! Els dibuixos es venien a 2.000 pessetes de l’any ’49».
