Comencem l’any amb un artista de primer nivell, hereu de les avantguardes artístiques de començaments del s. XX: JOAN CAPELLA (1927-2005)
L’obra de Capella es caracteritza per una sòlida estructuració compositiva que es dissol en un espai subjectiu intensament poètic.
A través del seu treball es posa de manifest una gran capacitat creativa, sempre trencadora amb les imposicions de l’època que li tocà viure i oberta als corrents europeus amb els que connectava. El seu primer viatge a París l’any 1945 i les posteriors estades a la capital francesa, van influir decisivament al perfil del seu llenguatge.
La inauguració serà aquest DIVENDRES dia 12 de gener a les 19.30 h. El comentari crític anirà a càrrec d’en Josep Mª Cadena.
