Inauguració Enric Aguilar (13 juny 2019)
Enric Aguilar s’ha estrenat a la Sala Rusiñol. Aquest vernissatge ha estat un bon colofó d’una temporada que, d’aquesta manera, s’acomiada tot deixant una estela refrescant de joventut i dinamisme, aigua i mar, vent i ones escumejants…
Una ràpida mirada a l’obra de l’Enric basta per copsar que els temes marítims són els seus preferits per a la seva pintura. Aquest fill de Sabadell treu bon profit de «les seves estades estivals a Menorca que li serveixen per a endinsar-se en la seva vocació marinera i trobar en la costa motius per a pintar escenes de calma i d’acció» (de la ressenya d’en Josep Mª Cadena).
La màgia de la pintura! Heus aquí un tema que ha estat comentat. L’Enric representa la realitat, però alhora —i ho agraïm— hi posa màgia. El resultat són aquestes representacions amb tanta vitalitat. Tal como ha dit l’artista, «la pintura ha de ser viva; així ho ensenyo jo a les escoles, als menuts. Les meves experiències al mar les trasllado pintant-les per tal que les pugueu viure».
Als quadres de l’Enric hi ha molta pintura: la major part són d’una dimensió considerable i no deixa ni un racó sense color. Com s’ho fa per tal que, tot plegat, no s’escampi i no acabi en una inundació? Els primers apunts els fa mantenint el llenç en vertical, però quan comença a pintar situa el quadre en posició plana, horitzontal. «El mar té aigua i haig de posar molta pintura. Quan hi ha molta aiguada controles certa part, però l’altra no: com en el mar!».
La sorpresa final! A l’obra de l’Enric Aguilar hi identifiquem l’aigua, l’aire i la terra (sovint apareixen unes taques difuminades de color marró). Hi manca, doncs, un dels quatre elements bàsics: el foc! Però la màgia de l’Enric ha fet del “foc”un altre protagonista: aplegats al voltant de l’artista a l’entrada de la Sala, servint-se d’una espelma encesa, ha fumejat un full de paper i amb una goma d’esborrar ha tret part de l’ennegriment fent aparèixer la silueta de dues barques provocant onades mentre solquen el mar. Aquesta ha estat l’original nota d’art sortejada entre els assistents.
