Exposició “L’amor per l’art” de Josep M. Cadena
Fins el proper dia 31 de gener a la Sala d’Exposicions Biblioteca Josep Vidal de la Fundació Hervás Amezcua (Plaça de Jaume Balmes s/n de Gavà) es pot visitar l’exposició “L’Amor per l’Art”.
La mostra recull un bon nombre d’obres entre dibuixos, escultures, ceràmiques, gravats i pintures que pertanyen a la col·lecció particular del reconegut periodista Josep M. Cadena. Es tracta de peces que ha anat guardant dels artistes amb els quals mantingué tracte durant la seva època d’articulista sobre temes plàstics al Diario de Barcelona i de crític d’art a El Periódico.
Tot i que un bon nombre d’aquestes obres van ser obsequis dels artistes, d’altres les va anar adquirint a diverses galeries.
Aquest conjunt d’obres vol mostrar-se com una petita passejada per un tram històric que arrenca a finals del segle XIX i arriba fins els nostres dies. Mir, Lola Anglada, Joan G. Junceda, Ricard Opisso, Miró, Muxart, Clavé, Subirachs, Ferran Soriano … són alguns dels autors que conformen aquesta col·lecció.
