Friends and family as well as clients and partners of the Sala Rusi\u00f1ol attended the opening of Manel Bosch’s exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ignasi Cabanas, director of the Sala Rusi\u00f1ol<\/strong>, began the speeches by introducing a few brushstrokes on the work of this painter whose pictorial universe is based on landscapes, seascapes and urban themes, where light and color play the leading role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, Neus Colet (artist and personal friend of M. Bosch) was in charge of commenting on the work that is currently on display at the art gallery<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colet emphasizes that Manel Bosch is a great draftsman and has a great passion for painting because it is in his blood. The painter likes painting a plein air and is always looking for places that inspire him (Menorca, the Costa Brava, the big cities).

She also explains that he works perfectly with water and its reflections. For her, Manel Bosch is an artist with a lot of skill and great sensitivity. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

When it was the painter’s turn, he explained that he considers himself a landscape painter but that he likes to vary. From landscapes he moves on to seascapes or urban themes because the fact of changing stimulates him as the lights and colors vary. He also emphasizes that the secret of a painter is observation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
