For example, at the shop window of the Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery, we can see the painting \u201cWorks of Gaudi\u201d: this is like a sort of kaleidoscope, integrated by names of works of Gaud\u00ed (LA PEDRERA<\/strong>\u00b7BARCELONA<\/strong>\u00b7CASA BATLL\u00d3<\/strong>\u00b7LA SAGRADA FAMILIA<\/strong>…), displayed within concentric circles, in different colors\u2026 This is a homage to Gaud\u00ed through a \u201cgaudinian\u201d style.<\/p>\n

\"2\"<\/a>Ignasi Cabanas<\/strong> introduces the new art season. Today we have the first of its exhibitions: Lloren\u00e7 CASAS ANFRUNS<\/strong> has exhibited on different occasions at the Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery. The focus of his topic hasn\u2019t changed, but he has brought something new this time. For instance: the representations of some works of the sculptor Subirachs on the Passion\u2019s fa\u00e7ade of the Sagrada Familia\u2019s temple.<\/p>\n

\"3\"<\/a>The idea of the \u201ckaleidoscope\u201d comes from the art critic Josep M. Cadena<\/strong>. He explained that when he was a child he received a kaleidoscope from his parents which made him very happy. This isn\u2019t more than a device that combines some colored pieces and little mirrors for producing a view of symmetric forms. So, Casas Anfruns\u2019 work shows us that the architect Gaud\u00ed made the \u201ckaleidoscope of life\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"4\"<\/a>Concerning the sculptor Subirachs, Mr. Cadena has written<\/strong>: \u00abCasas Anfruns claims that the correct addition generates value, for the human being \u2014a social animal\u2014 needs his fellow humans in order to achieve his goals and to succeed as a complete person. For this reason, these pictures gather the buildings of Antoni Gaud\u00ed and, at the same time, the artistic creations of other artists, and the result is superior to the constituent individual parts\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"5\"<\/a>Lloren\u00e7 Casas Anfruns<\/strong> said some words of acknowledgement and he preferred the paintings to speak for themselves. Nevertheless, the artist answered the traditional \u201cthree questions\u201d of the attendees of Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery. For example, someone congratulated the artist because of the rains represented in some of his paintings: \u00abThis is not a novelty. When I started painting I used this resource more\u00bb. The artist also recognized some evolution in his work towards abstraction and surrealism.<\/p>\n
