\"1\"<\/a>The Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery<\/strong>, full of art lovers, welcomes the painter Juan Tenorio<\/strong> one more time. Although he frequently visits us and attends the inaugurations of some of his artist friends, he hadn\u2019t inaugurated personally from four years ago\u2026<\/p>\n

When one enters the Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery, one doesn’t need to ask who is exhibiting: obviously it is Mr. Tenorio! We see there some spectacular urban landscapes, of cities perfectly recognizable, with a great strength of color and completed with the source of the collage technique. The author goes beyond realism by using this technique. In his paintings we find feelings, emotions\u2026<\/p>\n

The painter explains the reason: \u00abI do not look for the technique \u2014like perspective, color\u2026, I have tested all of these\u2014. \"4\"<\/a>Amidst an extraordinary ambient, the artist<\/strong> expressed his gratitude to his friends and to the Rusi\u00f1ol Gallery for this such a great welcome. At the same time, he dedicated the exhibition to his wife. He said: \u00abIf this exhibition had been a book, then in the last page I would had written: \u201cFor Tony\u201d\u00bb.<\/div>\n
\"5\"<\/a>What about the use of collage?<\/strong> According to the author, the collage is not used in order to create structures, but for giving messages. What about the colors?<\/strong> The painter is asked: \u2014\u00abIn front of such different scenarios, while using the same tonality, how do you get to capture the light of every place with so few elements?\u00bb. He explains that the colors he uses are ochre-yellow, ultramarine and red. These are very close to basic colors. From there, he creates a more or less harmonized palette. Then it is easy to introduce lights, intensify colors\u2026 \u00abI do not see life though rose colored glasses, but I see it in colors, also in grey!\u00bb, he asserts.<\/div>\n
