This September, we open the 2026–2027 season at Sala Rusiñol with “Painting Landscapes on location”, the new exhibition by Manel Bosch, one of the leading figures in contemporary landscape painting, who returns to the gallery for the second time.

At a time when everything seems to move at an ever-increasing pace, Manel Bosch remains true to painting directly from nature. With his easel set before the landscape, he captures the light, atmosphere, and essence of each place with extraordinary sensitivity.

The Mediterranean, villages, traditional farmhouses, cities, and the landscapes of Catalonia come to life in a body of work that is solid, luminous, and deeply evocative. Every brushstroke conveys the beauty of everyday moments and invites us to see our surroundings through fresh eyes.
