“Sea beats” by Toni Yll

On this occasion, we feature an artist exhibiting at the Sala Rusiñol for the first time.
You’ll discover seascapes with fresh, chromatically rich brushstrokes, a touch of lyricism, in a work that, from serenity, seeks to convey the magic and poetry of every corner.
Toni Yll transforms matter into memory and light into language. His work moves between sensorial evocation and fidelity to the environment because he doesn’t just paint landscapes: he portrays the spirit of a coast lived, navigated, worked.
His painting is a declaration of love to the Mediterranean.
