Inauguració Ramon Vilanova (4 maig 2018)
La Sala Rusiñol, gestionada per la família Cabanas —l’Ignasi i la Victòria— i amb el bon fer de la Carme, arriba al seu 32è aniversari. En aquesta ocasió ens han acompanyat els amics entusiastes de sempre —una bona colla—, un pintor excepcional —en Ramon Vilanova— i la Regidora de Cultura del nostre ajuntament, la Carmela Fortuny, qui ha posat de relleu el servei que la Sala —amb la seva constant activitat— presta a la ciutat de Sant Cugat del Vallès.
En Josep Mª Cadena ha estat el primer en festejar aquesta efemèride: «Ramon Vilanova torna quan la Sala compleix el seu 32 aniversari de vida. Una xifra mereixedora de celebrar-se perquè dóna fe del compromís constant en el temps de Victòria i l’Ignasi Cabanas en la divulgació artística, que és motor de perfeccionament personal i social. La Sala Rusiñol i Ramon Vilanova transiten des de fa temps pel camí de l’excel·lència, festegem-ho i gaudim-ho!» (Text de la ressenya).
En Josep Mª Cadena se’l veia d’allò més satisfet presentant l’artista. D’ell ha destacat, d’entrada, la seva important projecció internacional, sobretot als Estats Units (malgrat que «en Ramon triomfa allà on exhibeix les seves obres»). En quant a l’obra: en Ramon capta l’essència de la natura que es mou, puix que el camp, les flors, els boscos… no són estàtics, sinó que lluiten per la supervivència tot movent-se en harmonia empesos per les circumstàncies.
I la conclusió antropològica (tal com ens hi té acostumats en Cadena!): «Ell pinta la llibertat de la natura, la llibertat de la vida per anar-se manifestant de la millor manera possible, com els arbres que neixen i creixen espontàniament… i que ens diuen a nosaltres que hem d’estar arrelats a la nostra terra però que hem de ser lliures per a tirar cap al cel de les llibertats. Moltes gràcies!».
Aquest vernissatge va ser més que un vernissatge: alhora que celebració, també esdevingué un homenatge al poeta i pintor sancugatenc Miquel Cabanas i Alibau. En Ramon Vilanova ens va sorprendre amb el seu testimoni de com ell va conèixer personalment en Miquel. A aquest homenatge s’hi afegiren la Marisol E. i en Jordi F. declamant uns versets preciosos del «poeta de les coses menudes i ínfimes». Heus ací un tast: «(…) El cel, esplendorós com mai, ara torna a ser blau / i volar-hi a l’oreneta li plau / igual com a mi em plauria. / Tinc del maig el goig al cor, i la seva alegria» (“Pel maig”).
Les paraules finals són de la Regidora de Cultura. La Carmela ha fet un triple agraïment. A la família Cabanas i la Sala Rusiñol perquè «no és fàcil fer això durant tants anys». En segon lloc, a en Josep Mª Cadena per la seva veterana tasca de crítica d’art amb què il·lustra les nostres inauguracions. I, finalment, gratitud envers el pintor: nosaltres estem sovint abocats a la pantalla petita, però avui a la Sala Rusiñol —gràcies a aquests quadres— podem fruir de la natura des de “la pantalla gran”. «Moltes gràcies, Ramon!».
